How the AI assistant answers only with your numbers — and never acts alone
D.O.B.I. (Data Oriented Business Intelligence), the ood.bg AI assistant, answers with figures from your documents, stock and partners, but it never acts alone: it prepares drafts and you approve them. It sees only the selected company and only what your rights allow.
Where do the numbers come from?
The assistant doesn't “remember” data or guess. For each question it calls tools — overdue invoices, monthly VAT, stock levels — that read the selected company's data with your rights. That is why answers match the amounts in your reports.
Can it send or issue anything by itself?
No. Reminders, offers and invoices are drafts. They are sent or issued only after you press “Approve”. The same applies to external agents connected via MCP.
How is data protected?
- Every answer is checked for another company's data.
- Requests are checked for manipulation attempts.
- The owner sets daily and monthly limits on AI credits.
