Every plan carries a shared monthly allowance for AI, scanning, signatures and e-mails. Use it in any mix you need — the example numbers on the right show a typical month. Issuing documents is not counted and is always free.

Why is Start free?
Issuing documents is every company's core work, and in ood.bg it costs nothing on any plan. Paid plans cover more people, warehouses and AI capabilities — that is how Start stays free forever, with no card and no time limit.
How much is yearly billing?
Yearly billing gives 15% off: Business is €8.49 a month (€101.90 a year), Pro is €16.15 a month (€193.80 a year).
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Plan prices exclude VAT. 20 % VAT is added at checkout — for example, Business monthly is €9.99 + €2.00 VAT = €11.99. The total with VAT is shown before you confirm the payment, and you get an invoice for every payment.
What happens if I use up the monthly allowance?
Issuing documents continues without limit — it is never counted. AI questions, scans, signatures and e-mails renew at the start of the next month; on Pro, unused allowance carries over for 1 month.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. The Start plan needs no card. You enter payment details only when you choose Business or Pro.
