Is it really free?
Yes. The Start plan is free forever: 2 users, 1 warehouse, all document types and printing. No card, no time limit. Paid plans add more people, warehouses and AI features.
What does the monthly allowance include?
Every plan includes a shared monthly allowance for AI questions and analyses, scanned pages, signature requests, SMS and e-mails. On Start that is roughly 300 AI questions, 100 scanned pages, 50 signatures and 500 e-mails — mixed as you choose. Issuing documents is always free and never counted.
Are the invoices legally valid?
Yes. Invoices, credit and debit notes share one strict series without gaps or duplicates, as Bulgarian VAT law requires. Mistakes are fixed by annulment with a reason — an issued document is never deleted.
Can I bring my data?
Yes. Import partners, goods and documents from Excel, Ajur, Microinvest or the old ood.bg, and set a starting number to continue the series. Everything exports back at any time.
What happens if I downgrade?
Higher features stop at once; extra users and warehouses keep working for 14 days, then become read-only. Nothing is deleted — upgrading again restores everything.
Is my data safe?
Data security is our first priority. Data is separated per company at the database level, the connection is encrypted, 2FA and passkeys are available on every account, and every sent document is protected by a code. Every AI answer is checked for other companies' data. You can download everything as a file.
Can I run several companies?
Yes, with no limit. One account manages all your companies and you switch between them from the top bar. Each company has its own documents, style, warehouses, goods, partners, numbering and team.
What does the D.O.B.I. AI assistant do without my permission?
Nothing. It answers questions and prepares drafts — reminders, offers, invoices. It sends or issues only after you press “Approve”.
