Your first invoice in ood.bg takes about a minute: sign up for free, enter your company ID, pick a partner and an item, and press “Issue”. The client receives the document via a secure link.

## Step 1: How do I sign up?

Open [sign-up](https://new.ood.bg/register?utm_source=site&utm_medium=site&utm_campaign=cta) and use e-mail, Google, Facebook or a passkey. The Start plan is free forever, no card needed.

## Step 2: How do I add my company?

Enter the company ID — VIES fills in the name, address and VAT number. Logo and bank account are optional and can be added later.

## Step 3: How do I issue the invoice?

1. Pick a partner (or add one by company ID / VAT number).
2. Add an item or service with quantity and price.
3. The system computes VAT and the amount in words.
4. Press “Issue” — the number is assigned at that moment.

## Step 4: How do I send it?

Send it by e-mail with a secure link and access code. You can request a signature, and the client can pay online from the invoice page.

Yes. Every document has an English “Invoice” version with its own currency and rate.
