## Where do the numbers come from?

The assistant doesn't “remember” data or guess. For each question it calls tools — overdue invoices, monthly VAT, stock levels — that read the selected company's data with your rights. That is why answers match the amounts in your reports.

## Can it send or issue anything by itself?

No. Reminders, offers and invoices are **drafts**. They are sent or issued only after you press “Approve”. The same applies to external agents connected via MCP.

## How is data protected?

- Every answer is checked for another company's data.
- Requests are checked for manipulation attempts.
- The owner sets daily and monthly limits on AI credits.
